Delivery & Returns
Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. We aim to delivering 1-2 business days, posting Monday - Friday.
RETURNS
All products are thoroughly checked by our Clifford & Co team before being shipped to you.
Due to hygiene we cannot expect return items that have been used.
However if for any reason, you have received a faulty product or are unhappy with the quality please follow the below instructions in order to return your goods.

Please email cliffordandcouk@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your products with the order number and a brief reason for the return.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we’re unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with labels and tags attached.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item and it’s advisable to use a trackable service as we’re unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received your return it will be inspected and you will receive an email to notify you if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds do not include the cost of the original postage.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of your products and you will receive an email from us once complete. Please note funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, this is dependant on your bank.
